How does a Personal Basic or Personal Pro trial work?
When the App Store or Google Play confirms eligibility, it shows a 14-day trial, the exact end date and time, first charge, renewal, and cancellation method before confirmation.
Do Team Connect or Team Grow include a trial?
A trial is shown only when the active offer states its duration, exact end time, first charge, renewal, and cancellation method before consent. TRIAL is a temporary lifecycle state, not a paid plan.
How does offline mode work?
The Aibo Task mobile app retains assigned native work and supported writes in an encrypted replica and durable queue until connectivity returns. Not every feature works offline; the web experience requires connectivity.
How does Ludo AI work?
Ludo AI organizes permitted context and prepares reviewable notes or drafts. It does not approve, send, bill, or replace professional judgment on its own.
How is security handled?
We use role-based permissions, encryption, and audit history per organization.
What payment methods are supported?
Personal Basic and Personal Pro are purchased and managed in the applicable store. Team Connect and Team Grow are administered in Aibo Billing. The provider shows currency, taxes, and total before confirmation.
What does the customer buy?
The customer buys software access by subscription. The customer's own organization operates teams, users, and processes.
