Plan first, seats after
The subscription starts with a plan. That plan includes a minimum number of seats, features, and monthly capacity.
When the team needs more people inside Aibo Task, additional seats are added on top of the active plan.
Why there is a minimum
In real operations, more than one person is usually involved: someone coordinates, someone executes, and someone reviews.
That is why the public plans have a minimum base. It avoids selling an incomplete experience that does not reflect how the team works.

How to choose
Personal Basic or Personal Pro fits when one person manages customers, scheduling, jobs, evidence, and reports.
Team Connect or Team Grow fits when multiple people need assignment, permissions, dispatch, shared evidence, and administration.
